What is a limbal ring?
The limbal ring is the naturally darker outline around the iris the colored part of your eye. It creates a subtle border that adds contrast and definition, making the eyes appear clearer and more expressive. We create contacts to make this part of the eye more defined.
A defined limbal ring is often associated with attractiveness, which is why enhancing this natural feature can make the eyes stand out without changing their natural beauty.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL. Depending on the destination, final delivery may be completed by a local postal carrier.
Estimated delivery times
Netherlands: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Europe: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International destinations outside Europe: approximately 10–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays or carrier delays.
Shipping costs
The applicable shipping cost is displayed before the customer completes the purchase at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided where available for the selected shipping method.
Customs and import charges
For orders delivered outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time, please contact: bluelimbalring@gmail.com with your order number.
Each box includes 1 pair of contact lenses (2 individual lenses).
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, receive the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Limbal Eye within this 14-day period by a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may do this through our online withdrawal function or by contacting us at bluelimbalring@gmail.com.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the eligible product.
Contact lenses and hygiene
Contact lenses are sealed products for health and hygiene reasons. Where the statutory hygiene exception applies, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the protective seal of the product has been broken after delivery.
Opening the outer shipping envelope or parcel does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. The protective product seal must remain intact.

Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product under the statutory right of withdrawal, unless the product was defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied by Limbal Eye.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments covered by the withdrawal, including standard outbound delivery costs where required by law.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at: bluelimbalring@gmail.com. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
