Important hygiene exception: For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed contact lenses once the seal has been broken after delivery, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.

Returns and Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs where required by applicable law, within 14 days after being informed of your decision.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the eligible products within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility, provided you were informed of this before purchasing.
